DC Lyndeardlea Angel In Disguise x Ch. Fetchemin A Touch O Crystl

Originally imported from Lyndeardlea kennels in Great Britian, Joey has acquired his Champion of Record and two Awards of Merit at the regional specialties held by the Border Collie Club of Greater Los Angeles under both a breeder judge and an all-breed judge.

I was fortunate enough to visit California in December of 2003 and witness for myself the ability, style, balance, eye, and lovely termperment exhibited by this talented dog. He earned his herding championship points in very tough competition (that included the stud dog used for Crystal’s prior litter*). With his exceptional movement and great sheep sense, we are looking for this combination to produce pups that can excel in herding and exhibit the award winning movement and grace in the show ring that we want Bluechip dogs to have.

Our sincere appreciation goes to Joyce Herie, Westernese Border Collies, for allowing us to use Joey at stud.

Crystal is our wonderful Ozzie girl, sent to us from David & Julie Wilden of Fetchemin Kennels, Tasmania, Australia. She finished her AKC Championship with a five point major and retired from the show ring to become a mom. Her first litter, to DC Majestic Outlander, HXAs, CDX produced five excellent pups some of which have started their show careers. Crystal’s pedigree, on the paternal side, goes back to Aus. Gr. Ch. Khayoz Soul Deep, CDX and NZ/Aus. Ch. Maghera Crystal Rhytem, who have produced outstanding progeny in Australia, the UK, and America. This paternal line has produced lovely show dogs for many international Border Collie breeders, including Borderfame, Winpara, Danbeth, and Moystenhill, and American Border Collie breeders, as well. Her maternal side traces back to Fetchemin’s Foundation bitch, Aus. Ch. Fetchemin Sabrina, producer of both Australian and American Champion children & grandchildren.
